The customer service was amazing! The guy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He even provided us with some pop for the night and a to-go breakfast. The motel quality was exceptional. We got a king size bed which was very comfy and clean for $100. The room had great amenities too such as updated coffee machine, tv, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was a bit dated but the shower had great pressure and toiletries were provided. We felt safe having a private area to park our car. The location was very convenient for our road-trip as it’s located in the heart of North Bay. Checking in and out was a breeze

Coffee, tea and powdered milk, sugar we're all available in the room. The location was excellent for access from the main highway. Parking was readily available. Staff were friendly and approachable. Check in was quick and easy.

The room was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and I really appreciated the fact that the vehicle was parked close (in front) of the room, in an innercourt. The staff at the counter was really helpfull.
